Unprecedented. Disrupted. Challenging. These are a few of the words that have been used—and overused—to describe the landscape of higher education during COVID-19. I would like to add one more word to the mix: transformed.

It seems we can’t trust our own credentials or those that we provide to our students. Or perhaps it would be better to say that we have so much confidence
