It’s happened. You are now in charge of your college’s zero textbook cost (ZTC) pathway program. There are early steps every leader should take to create a scalable ZTC program. A combination of copyright expertise, open educational resources (OER) and ZTC knowledge, grant and faculty funding options, training programs, and library partnerships will help these initiatives be most successful.
